2007 Southern Design Contest Winner Announced

Mark Hall of American Gables, Inc. was recently namedthe winner of The Institute of Building Design's 2007 Southern Design Competition.

Contestants participated in live drawings at the 2007 Southern Building show and were required to design a "new old" house for an older community with a historical district.

The winning design will be published by one of Hanley Wood's consumer publication websites and offered for sale to the public.
