The Asheville plan was the 1st place winner of the 2007 AIBD Live Design Competition. The large front porch and massive columns combine great curb appeal with a timeless Bungalow design. Walk through the front door of this award winning design and you'll be impressed with the openness of this plan designed for a narrow lot. The family room has a large fireplace with built-in cabinets on either side and a coffered ceiling. It is open to the spacious dining room and kitchen, separated only by columns, thus keeping the space open and airy and making it perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and work space for preparing meals, large or small, along with a walk-in pantry and serving bar overlooking the breakfast room. The large master suite is big enough for a king size bed and has its own private porch on the side. The master bath has a vaulted ceiling, two vanities and separate tub and shower, and is open to the walk-in closet. The second floor has two bedrooms for children or guests, and each has its own walk-in closet and private bath.
