Modifications

Any modifications can be made to your house plan. Whether you need simple changes like having the plan reversed, garage doors moved to make a side entry, laundry room enlarged or adding a keeping room to the rear of a plan (like we have done to the floor plan above), we can make those changes for you.

We can make those complex changes as well. If you need 2 feet added to the family room, 3rd car garage stall (like the house plan above), increasing the house 500 square feet or reconfiguring the house to fit a particular lot, we can take care of that for you as well.
