Description

An eclectic blend of exterior elements highlight the façade of this two story traditional home. There are double front porches, a stone feature wall and double window dormers that produce an attractive front exterior. The interior floor plan features approximately 2,170 square feet of living space which is comprised of three bedrooms and three baths on two floors. There is a two car rear loading garage and the home is perfectly suited for a narrow lot with its 35’ width dimension. Nine foot ceiling heights dominate the first floor interior and the foyer is vaulted off the front covered porch for a dramatic entrance. The formal dining room is situated between the double porches and allows access into the casual breakfast room and grand kitchen. The kitchen boasts of a large center island, a separate pantry and provides access to one of the porches which would allow al fresco family dining. Beyond the foyer is the family room which is spacious and features a warming fireplace and access to a third covered porch.
Bedroom two and three are quite spacious with walk-in closets and separate vanities within the jack and jill bathroom. The family laundry room is situated on this floor for convenience and there is a hall linen closet as well. The master suite is elegantly designed with well-appointed and spacious rooms; there is a master bedroom in excess of 14’x17’ featuring a double step trey ceiling and access to the private porch. His and her walk-in master closets flank the bedroom and there is a separate sitting room conveniently located off the master bedroom. The en suite bath enjoys luxurious accommodations comprised of dual vanities, a separate shower, a garden tub and an enclosed linen closet. The first sheet will typically be the front elevation at 1/4" scale with rafter framing details and misc exterior details

The fourth sheet will be the 1st floor plan at 1/4" scale with general notes
The fifth sheet will be the 2nd floor plan at 1/4" scale. With a ranch plan, this sheet will be eliminated
The sixth sheet will include the electrical layout at 3/16" scale and Kitchen and Bath elevations at 1/4" scale. This sheet will sometimes include misc interior elevations and details
The last sheet will include misc details including typical wall sections, stair sections, etc.
