Description

Exposed rafters and a widely proportioned front covered porch with tapered beams highlight this Craftsman styled home. Superior design components are continued in the interior layout which features in excess of 3,000 square feet of usable living space and includes four bedrooms and two plus bathrooms. Distinctive formal living and dining spaces are forward facing in the interior while great family space is evident at the rear of the home. A warming fireplace and extensive built-in cabinetry is highlighted in the family room which is open to the grand kitchen and casual sun drenched breakfast room. There is a large covered rear porch that is perfect for outdoor entertaining large groups of family and friends. The kitchen features a large center island for prepping and preparing family meals while a separate pantry and butler’s pantry is situated between the formal dining room and kitchen. A side loading three car garage features abundant vehicle and other storage items space while conveniently leading to the interior mudroom.

The first sheet will typically be the front elevation at 1/4" scale with rafter framing details and misc exterior details
