Description

This Craftsman styled exterior incorporates board and batten, decorative brackets in the gables, horizontal siding and stone work along the perimeter of the front exterior. Impressive sized rooms abound in the spacious floor plan which features three bedrooms and two baths in approximately 2,234 square feet of living space. There are 9’ ceiling heights on the first floor allowing for a light and airy feeling to the home and the home’s drawings come with the option of a slab, or an unfinished basement foundation for future expansion. The first floor master suite is set apart from the common family rooms for privacy and contains good floor space with a double step trey ceiling and a “bump-out” window view. The master bath is vaulted and enjoys modern amenities and a rear positioned walk-in closet. There is a grand kitchen with a center island, a huge separate pantry and an adjoining breakfast room. The formal dining room is situated just off the kitchen for convenience and features columned beams a triple window wall. There is a vaulted family room which grants access to the sun room and subsequent covered porch.
The two remaining first floor bedrooms provide spacious rooms with good closet space and a shared hall linen closet and bath provide comfortable amenities for family members and/or guests. The second floor of the home features a large open loft for family lounging and overlooks the family room below. Additionally, there is a bonus room measuring in excess of 11’x22’, a full bath and plenty of attic/storage space. This family home is brimming with spacious rooms, a lovely exterior and plentiful outdoor space.

What's included in these plans?

The first sheet will typically be the front elevation at 1/4" scale with rafter framing details and misc exterior details
The second sheet will typically be the sides and rear elevation with roof plan, all at 1/8" scale. Sometimes Sheet A1.1 and Sheet A1.2 will be combined
The third sheet will be the foundation page at 1/4" scale. This will be a daylight basement foundation with most of our home plans (although some of our plans will come with a slab or crawl foundation)
The fourth sheet will be the 1st floor plan at 1/4" scale with general notes
The fifth sheet will be the 2nd floor plan at 1/4" scale. With a ranch plan, this sheet will be eliminated
The sixth sheet will include the electrical layout at 3/16" scale and Kitchen and Bath elevations at 1/4" scale. This sheet will sometimes include misc interior elevations and details
The last sheet will include misc details including typical wall sections, stair sections, etc.
