This Ranch house plan features a stylish and balanced exterior with opposing bay window inserts, horizontal siding and a front covered porch perfect for greeting family and friends. There is approximately 1,678 square feet of living space in the home’s interior which incorporates three bedrooms and two baths in the single story home. A drive under garage is conveniently located and the unfinished basement features an additional 933 square feet of expansion space. Entrance into the home off the front porch leads to an enormous vaulted family room; the space measures in excess of 17’x17’ and features a warming fireplace. There is a formal dining room and casual breakfast room which anchor the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen boasts of a peninsula bar so there is plenty of dining space for family get-togethers and entertaining purposes. There is a separate pantry, laundry facilities and a rear covered porch as well.
The master suite features a large bay window and a double step trey ceiling in the bedroom and there is a master bath featuring modern amenities consisting of dual vanities, a garden tub and a separate shower. What's included in these plans?

The first sheet will typically be the front elevation at 1/4" scale with rafter framing details and misc exterior details
The second sheet will typically be the sides and rear elevation with roof plan, all at 1/8" scale. Sometimes Sheet A1.1 and Sheet A1.2 will be combined
The third sheet will be the foundation page at 1/4" scale. This will be a daylight basement foundation with most of our home plans (although some of our plans will come with a slab or crawl foundation)
The fourth sheet will be the 1st floor plan at 1/4" scale with general notes
The fifth sheet will be the 2nd floor plan at 1/4" scale. With a ranch plan, this sheet will be eliminated

The last sheet will include misc details including typical wall sections, stair sections, etc.
