Description

This narrow lot house plan features an exterior with double covered porches and an attractive window gable along with exposed rafters, stone work and tapered column beams. Loads of interior space and a finished basement foundation include three bedrooms, four plus baths and plenty of entertaining space. The main level master retreat is all inclusive; there is a large bedroom with trey ceiling and French door access to the front covered porch, an elegantly designed en suite with double vanities and separate shower and an oversized walk-in master closet. An open layout in the common rooms feature timber trusses throughout the space which includes a family room, dining space and a grand kitchen. The kitchen is highlighted with a center island raised breakfast bar and there is a bench area and food storage pantry directly off the kitchen. The three car rear loading garage has plenty of vehicle and other gear storage and assists with unobstructed view lines to the front of the home. A laundry room, powder room for guests and optional elevator completes the main level.
Open railing highlights the staircase to the second floor where a large loft and powder room is located. There are two additional bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and a shared jack and jill bath with separate vanity space. The terrace level features an informal recreation room for movie viewing, playing board games or just “hanging out.” Additionally, there is a wet bar, full bath, storage space and a large amount of unfinished basement space. A striking exterior and versatile and comfortable interior space creates a home perfect for a large or growing family.

What's included in these plans?

The first sheet will typically be the front elevation at 1/4" scale with rafter framing details and misc exterior details
The second sheet will typically be the sides and rear elevation with roof plan, all at 1/8" scale. Sometimes Sheet A1.1 and Sheet A1.2 will be combined
The third sheet will be the foundation page at 1/4" scale. This will be a daylight basement foundation with most of our home plans (although some of our plans will come with a slab or crawl foundation)
The fourth sheet will be the 1st floor plan at 1/4" scale with general notes
The fifth sheet will be the 2nd floor plan at 1/4" scale. With a ranch plan, this sheet will be eliminated
The sixth sheet will include the electrical layout at 3/16" scale and Kitchen and Bath elevations at 1/4" scale. This sheet will sometimes include misc interior elevations and details
The last sheet will include misc details including typical wall sections, stair sections, etc.
