Description

This lovely split level house plan is ideal for a growing family with it unfinished basement foundation for future expansion. There is a two car front loading garage with a centrally located staircase for easy access to the laundry room and main house. The remainder of the space would be ideal for an in-law or teen-ager suite or could be configured to include a workshop and hobby room. The exterior of the home features plenty of curb appeal with a façade composed of cedar shakes, decoratively trimmed gables and a front covered entrance porch. The interior features approximately 1,678 square feet of living space containing an open concept layout, three bedrooms and two baths. The main common rooms are accessed from the front porch and allow for easy living and entertaining. There is a wide front foyer with an up/down staircase and access into the vaulted family room. This space is large, measuring in excess of 15’x17’ and has a warming fireplace and a triple window wall. Beyond the family room are the dining space and kitchen. The dining room is spacious with French door access onto the rear timbered deck for enjoyable outdoor dining as well. The grand kitchen is highlighted with a large walk-in pantry and plenty of cabinet and counter space.
Traveling the main hallway are the bedrooms and baths; there are two family bedrooms which enjoy good floor space, double window views and generous closet space.
