Description

The perfect small family home, this Ranch house plan features an attractive exterior façade composed of brick, horizontal siding and a front covered porch which is highlighted with columned beams and overhead arches. The interior floor plan features approximately 1,566 square feet of living space that contains three bedrooms, two baths and there is additional square footage possibilities in the unfinished basement foundation. Stepping into the home’s interior off the front porch, an enormous vaulted family room is revealed. The room measures in excess of 20’x18’, houses a warming fireplace and amazing entertaining and family space. Beyond the family room is a spacious dining room with rear deck access for friendly cook-outs and outdoor activities. The family friendly kitchen boasts of a separate pantry, double sink window views and an abundance of counter and cabinet space. The two car front loading garage contains plenty of vehicle and other storage items space and directly leads to the laundry room.
The ubiquitous split bedroom plan features a private master suite on one side of the home complete with a large bedroom highlighted with a double step trey ceiling. Additionally, there is a master bath featuring dual vanities, a garden tub, separate shower and a compartmentalized toilet. The first sheet will typically be the front elevation at 1/4" scale with rafter framing details and misc exterior details
The second sheet will typically be the sides and rear elevation with roof plan, all at 1/8" scale. Sometimes Sheet A1.1 and Sheet A1.2 will be combined
The third sheet will be the foundation page at 1/4" scale. This will be a daylight basement foundation with most of our home plans (although some of our plans will come with a slab or crawl foundation)
The fourth sheet will be the 1st floor plan at 1/4" scale with general notes
