Description

Architecturally and visually pleasing, this two storied family home features an exterior composed of a large amount of brick work, horizontal siding, loads of windows for a light filled interior and a front covered porch. There are approximately 2,854 square feet of interior space offering four bedrooms and two plus baths. A second floor bonus room is quite large and an unfinished basement foundation is perfect for expansion possibilities. The interior features a main level master suite with a private porch, an en suite bath with luxurious amenities and an oversized master walk-in closet. The first sheet will typically be the front elevation at 1/4" scale with rafter framing details and misc exterior details
